LG Futures was established in 2004 to provide bespoke financial and management consulting services to the public sector.

We have complemented our initial focus on assisting local government clients and now also undertake an increasing volume of work for central government departments. Currently, around 70% of our work takes place with local government and 30% with central government clients. To supplement our consultancy offering, we also began providing financial management training in 2008, a service which has since experienced significant demand.

Our work to date has centred, in particular, upon: improving financial management capability; strengthening strategic and financial planning; assessing the impact of government policies; maximising funding levels; optimising value for money; and providing in-depth briefings on the latest financial developments.

Our consultants’ public sector experience combines with private sector consultancy skills to provide a fully rounded service to our clients.
